Liza Suede Blake is a freelance music and entertainment journalist currently based in Los Angeles. She has covered live concerts, awards shows, album reviews, news stories, and conducted celebrity interviews since the beginning of her career in 2016. She has previously contributed to Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, and Setlist.fm.

She grew up in Newport Beach, California and graduated from Pepperdine University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She has been previously mentored by Katie Atkinson (Executive Digital Director, West Coast at Billboard) and Barry Katz (Television Producer, Film Producer, and Talent Manager).
